Our proposal form is hosted by Jotform. When you submit it, Jotform processes and stores your name, email, business name, project goals and any optional website, budget, project type or timeline you provide. We receive those details to respond to your request. You can also contact us by email; your email provider handles that message according to its own privacy practices. Do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.

How we use information

We use information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, communicate about requested services, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information or add inquiry information to a marketing list without permission.

Hosting and service providers

This site may be hosted by third-party infrastructure providers that process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page views and interactions such as proposal-button and email-link clicks. Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device and approximate location information. We do not send proposal answers, names or email addresses to Analytics. Retention and choices

We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any legitimate retention obligations.
