LabDashers brings lab draws directly to patients — so the site needed to build trust fast and make booking effortless from a phone, often the only device a visitor has on hand.

We built a full progressive web app with a mobile-first booking flow, a JotForm appointment embed wired directly into the page, and messaging calibrated for a healthcare audience — clear, credible, and HIPAA-conscious without reading like a legal disclaimer.

On the technical side, the build shipped with complete SEO and AEO optimization: structured schema markup and an llms.txt file so the business is legible to both traditional search engines and AI-driven search.

Down To Earth is a boutique retailer, and the brief called for a site that felt as considered as the shop itself — elevated without losing the warmth of a small, local business.
